Presentation of the service
The Human Resources (HR) Department of the Cheikh Ahmadoul Khadim National Hospital Center (CHNCAK) plays a key role in the administrative and strategic management of hospital staff. Created by decision no. 005 CHNCAK/DIR of March 7, 2022, it is responsible for career management, training, recruitment and monitoring of personnel.
The Department works in close collaboration with all departments, particularly the Accounting Agency, the Management Controller, the Administrative and Financial Department, the Nursing Department, the QHSE Department and the Occupational Physician.
Missions of the service
The main missions of the HR Department are:
Personnel management: Career monitoring, recruitment, assignments and promotions.
Human resources administration: Management of contracts, payroll, leave and sanctions.
Skills development: Organization of staff training and assessments.
Social management: Management of social benefits, professional relations and employee well-being.
Workforce monitoring: Classification of staff according to their status and socio-professional category.

The team behind the service
In its strategic management, the HR department applies in its field of execution the main missions led by a team composed of:
- Head of Division of Administrative Personnel Management and Payroll;
- Head of Division for job and skills planning (recruitment, monitoring and evaluation of personnel, training, mobility, career);
- Head of Personnel Social Division
- HR Assistant;
- Management assistant.
Promotion and social relations (management of support, budget allocations, IPM (guarantee letters), internal communication.
